Sandrine Holt is born Sandrine Ho on November 19 1972 in London. Her parents are a Chinese man as well as a French woman. Toronto Canada has been home to her since she was five. Prior to becoming an actor, she worked as a Paris catwalk model. In 1991's Black Robe, she made her debut in film as Annuka. Her performance was rewarded with a Genie Award, the Canadian Oscar. Rapa Nui Rise to Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas followed, as did guest roles for her in Poltergeist The Uncanny Force, Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension as well as Dance with the Murderer. John Woo's The Thief saw her appear in all 22 episodes. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation as well as Resident Evil Apocalypse were released in 2004, but only in DVDVHS. Then, in 2006 she was offered an even more prominent role in the series in the series 24 -- Twenty Four. Holt, who had played in a number of shows and films in addition to guest roles before that time, landed a major part for herself in Hostages (2013) and also a role on Netflix's House of Cards. In the US remake of The Returned, Holt played Julie Han. She was also cast in the role of Dr. Bethany Exner in 2015.
